Crofton Chiropractor : Grande Family Chiropractic
Dr. Nicholas A. Grande was himself once a chronic pain patient. He knows that symptoms of stiffness, fatigue and pain lead to decreased participation in life, increased stress, adverse mood changes and a sedentary lifestyle. He is dedicated to increasing patients’ health and well-being with the 100 year old natural philosophy of Chiropractic.
His treatment techniques are based on a combination of various spinal and muscle techniques including the Specialized Functional Movement Assessment, the Functional Movement Screen, the National Academy of Sports Medicine protocol Chiropractic Biophysics, Motion Palpation, Trigger Point Therapy, Graston Technique, Functional Neurology, and Functional Endocrinology. To put the concepts into healing action, Dr. Grande uses chiropractic adjusting by hand, instrument-assisted spinal manipulation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, physical therapy exercises, mechanical traction, and cold laser therapy.
Dr. Nicholas A. Grande is a 1997 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic-West in San Jose, California and holds a license to practice Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in the State of Maryland.
